Having lots of experience in the property industry at a senior level I wanted to offer a service which avoided the shortcomings I'd found working for both independent and corporate estate agency operations. My objective: to build a local SE1 sales, lettings and management agency based on the simple - but so often neglected - principles of professionalism and integrity. Today, at Williams Lynch we are well established, successful and trusted. We're the acknowledged experts for SE1, for everything from ex-Local Authority flats to penthouse apartments overlooking the Thames, from studios to multi-million pound homes.
