About the Business
Welvan Property Services is an independently owned and run business which was opened in 2001 by joint directors Mrs Ceri Lewis and Howard Evans, who had both previously worked at the same office for Taylors who are a subsidiary of the Countrywide Estate Agency Group the largest Estate Agency chain in the U.K.
Howard and Ceri have between them the best part of 50 years experience in the profession, this has enabled them to gain considerable experience of the industry and help them apply it to the local market in the Neath/Port Talbot Borough. However they have seen many changes in the housing market since they opened the business, particularly the downturn in the property market where hard decisions had to be made to keep the business open, which in the end resulted in staff or should we say friends having to be laid off, a very difficult time for all but we must also add if it was not for the loyal support of our clients we would not be here today as a business.
