First of all we will give you an up to date rental value, then we will find fully referenced tenants. From then on we will collect the rent every month, transfer the money within 24 hours of receipt, send you a rent statement to accompany the payment, create a detailed inventory of the property and use it to do a thorough check in and check out inspection also register and de-register tenants from the utlity providers, we do 3 monthly inspections and provide you a report of the property.
