Town and Country Property Services are an independent residential managing and letting agent. Established in 1991 unlike many other agents it is not a side line to an Estate Agency. We only manage and let property; we do not sell. The Directors are actively involved in the day to day running of the company and with other senior personnel have many years experience in the business.
This is a government backed scheme which ensures that the highest possible standards of service are maintained and that procedures are in place to deal with any complaints. Most importantly in order to be members we have to have Client Money Protection Insurance which GUARANTEES that whether a Landlord or Tenant your money is safe. In addition we are also required to have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
