Stanley Keates & Sons is an independent local firm established since 1924 and has prominently situated offices in the centre of Cheadle. The current managing partner, Paul Keates FRICS, is the third generation of the Keates family and has over 48 years of experience of sale, valuation and surveying of all types of properties in Cheadle and the North Staffordshire area.
The firm offers a wide range of estate agency & professional services including sales, lettings & management, valuations and surveys for many purposes including the popular RICS HomeBuyer Report. Domestic Energy Assessments are carried out and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) provided.
