About the Business
Sives Properties is operated by husband and wife team Ken and Jayne Sives, who are no strangers to the local property market. Both Ken and Jayne have a vast knowledge of the local area from Carrickfergus to Carnlough and beyond, and they are assisted by their office manager, Sharon Logan. Our company has almost 25 years combined experience within the property market, and our business model is based on providing a professional, ethical and honest approach to selling and renting properties across the East Antrim Area.
Ken Sives has been involved in property and mortgages for over 20 years and has worked for many different companies both in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Ken was jointly responsible for bringing a major international estate agency to Larne in 2005, and since then has continued to develop his valuable insight into property.
