We buy commercial properties especially restaurants and hotels and simply lease out with low ingoing premiums - in some cases none. We cover all of Scotland. If you have off-market commercial property for sale then we are interested in talking to you. If the project is right and in an excellent location we are willing to invest in developing a restaurant or hotel for you.
We are looking for investors to join us to buy off market property - we believe it's the right time to buy and develop.
