Within hours of contacting us by telephone, email or via our free estimate application online, we can come and view your property and usually agree a very good market price. We normally offer between 60-90% of the market value.
We have an OPTION AGREEMENT that allows us to buy your property within an agreed term usually 1 - 5 years. This is called a Lease Purchase Option, this allows us to buy your property at 100% of today's market valuation. The advantage is that this allows you to move on regardless of the property equity. We will pay the mortgage, manage and maintain the property at our cost.
