Oakwood Estate Agents were established in 1994 and are an independently owned business dealing in both residential sales and lettings. Oakwood's two partners have over 40 years experience in Estate Agency and believe that a friendly personal service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction is essential for both Sellers, Landlords, Purchasers and Tenants. We operate primarily in the thriving Stoke Newington area but have properties available on it's outskirts including, Stamford Hill, Dalston, Clapton and Highbury and Islington.
Our Manager Andy started his career at Oakwood and has been with us for over 12 years. Andy has been a first time buyer himself and also recently bought a family home with his wife and two children, this combined with 12 years' experience places Andy in a great position to advise and assist both buyers and sellers in all aspects of the process.
