We are a family business with over 50 years experience in the property and financial markets. We decided, after our own personal experiences, to create a fixed fee estate agent that cared about their clients and did our upmost to help people achieve their next move. It was hugely important that we had a friendly, professional and honest team who tell it like it is, no jargon or buzz words. We have extensive knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market and believe passionately in delivering a cost effective and extensive service to our clients and their potential buyers.
We give you as much, if not more, than any other estate agent. Our lower price doesn't mean you get a lower standard of service. The reason for our fixed fee approach is simple. It gives you peace of mind and helps you plan ahead as you know what you're paying without waiting for a percentage of your eventual selling price. You know what it will cost before the board goes up and that's it.
