About the Business
The company was established at our Poynton office in 1983 by Chartered Surveyor, Michael Hart FRICS. Michael already had extensive experience of professional property services in the South Manchester area and has been able to offer the benefits of this since.
Our Bollington office was opened in 1990, where Andrew Hart B.Eng(Hons), DipSurv, MRICS is based. Andrew, with an engineering background, achieved professional surveying qualifications and now also has extensive experience of property related matters.
