We have in excess of 30 years experience in both Commercial and Residential property matters covering an area from Lancaster in the north of the region through Preston and the Ribble Valley to Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde in the west. We aim to provide a professional service on all property matters through personal attention and independent advice. We are also pleased to offer initial guidance/advice free of charge and without any obligation. Our practice is based in spacious modern offices and employs a back up team who are always pleased to assist in order that your individual requirements are fully understood prior to being undertaken.
Michael Cuddy is a RICS Registered Valuer and a graduate in Urban Estate Management having completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1977. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in 1990 having previously been admitted as a Professional Associate in 1979.
