About the Business
Eric founded his lettings business in 1994 and went on to diversify into residential sales and block management. Eric has dealt with an extensive range of property related matters. Eric is currently Chairman of the Literary Club in Aylesbury.
Robert joined Martin Kemp Property Services in 1986 working primarily in residential sales. He set up the residential lettings and property management department in 1987. In 1991 he became a Director of the company. Robert has gone on to establish the Estate & Block management department and has also been extensively involved in letting and selling commercial property.
He has accumulated a considerable body of knowledge and experience from over 27 years dealing with residential and commercial property.
