M & P Estates Limited was founded in 1999 and established its offices in South Ockendon in December 2000. The company is managed and directed by a husband and wife team, Sarah and Paul Tobias-Gibbins. The family-run business has established itself as one of the leading Estate Agents in South Ockendon and Letting Agents throughout the area of Thurrock.
Paul started M & P Estates in 1999 and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estates Agents (NAEA) and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Paul is dedicated to providing a personal service to his clients and is always striving to try to improve and develop the services that M & P Estates offers to its clients.
Sarah's role at M & P Estates is to ensure that all office protocols and procedures are adhered to. Sarah has many roles at M & P Estates, including handling renewals and maintenance, and is always willing to lend a hand in order to support the smooth running of the company.
