The Company is owned and run by Neil Hartley who brings over 20 years experience to Lorne Estates. During that time he has been a Director at some of the most active property developers in the Midlands. For nearly five years, from September 2004 until February 2009, he was Development Director for Wilson Bowden Developments Ltd.
