Living Residential was established to provide specialist estate agency services for all types of residential properties located in North West London, West London and Central London. Specialising in residential sales, lettings, management and investments, Living Residential offers the personal touch that only an independent estate agent can deliver. We have a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and have established ourselves as reliable, hard working and reputable agents.

Based at 118 Fortune Green Road, West Hampstead, our high street office is in close proximity to West Hampstead’s transport links. We insist on accompanying applicants to every viewing and can provide transport if required. Living Residential was recognised for its excellent customer service as voted for by their clients over the last 12 months.

As members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, all security deposits are held in a designated Clients Account and fully bonded. Our site contains a constantly updated register of rental property.
