Martin Trinder is the Managing Director and founder of Lennon Properties. He has considerable experience in the property sector. Martin grew up in Blyth, Northumberland and has always had a keen interest in both residential and commercial properties. Martin began purchasing property in 1997 at the young age of 18 and has continued to build up a substantial property portfolio to the current day. He remained true to his roots and always invested within the area therefore greatly contributing to the local community.

As a property developer he identified areas within estate agents that were lacking and was inspired to create his own unique estate agency, Lennon Properties.
