About the Business
Because we accompany all our viewings, we build a strong rapport with the people we show around. We also aim to get as many of our staff around each property, to gain vital 1st hand experience of what we are marketing. This combination means we can, very successfully, point people in the direction of properties which are suited to their needs. Whilst on an accompanied viewing, if the property isn't right, we can discuss the reasons why and can use that knowledge to recommend a better one and even take them straight around!
We have four offices, across the Yorkshire Dales, most of which have expansive window space. We aim to get as many of our properties displayed in the windows as we can, using the very best, eye-catching, photographs we can take. We also have electronic screens at Leyburn, to make sure every single property, from all our offices gets displayed. We maintain an extensive database of people currently looking for property, who have registered their requirements with us.
