Having lived in Suffolk for the majority of his life, David has considerable experience, widespread local knowledge and an exceptional number of contacts. Whilst a Partner with a national country house agency David recognised the need for an independent property search agency covering Suffolk, Norfolk and North Essex.
Holland Clarke Property Search was borne out of David's desires to provide a professional, thorough, well informed and proactive service to buyers seeking an advantage over their competitors in the market place. Combined with his considerable professional experience David was also brought up in Suffolk and has spent most of his life in the county.
