Gascoignes are independent Chartered Surveyors and commercial estate agents established following a management buy-out from Black Horse Agencies, Gascoigne-Pees in 1991. The firm's history dates from the mid 1930's when the Gascoigne-Pees family developed a residential estate agency business in Surrey. Robert Gascoigne-Pees joined the Partnership in 1971 and helped add and grow the professional and commercial disciplines. Unlike large London commercial agents, we are locally based and able to advise on the retail, office, industrial, and investment markets in your area. We also carry out residential professional valuations for banks solicitors, accountants, companies, trusts and private individuals for a variety of purposes including Inheritance Tax, matrimonial, Capital Gains Tax, Company accounts and Leasehold Reform.
