About the Business
Easy Lets and Sales ( E.L.S.) was founded by Graham Phipps and Elizabeth Mac, both having a wealth of experience and masses of local knowledge. Both directors have been helping people move with ease for a combined period of over ten years.
We are members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme (OEA) and the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).
Director Graham Phipps has property qualifications that include the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Awards, passes in compentency with the Association Residential Lettings Agency (ARLA) and is a qualified domestic energy assessor (DEA), therefore providing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers with an assurance that they will receive the highest level of service.
