Eastside Properties was formed in 2008 by two Landlords David Thomas and Peter Richardson. Tired of the poor service delivered in the industry they formed Eastside Properties with the sole aim of bringing a professional, first class Lettings service back to the market.
In the 2009 Eastside Properties secured its Head Office premises in the heart of Nottingham City Centre and since then has quickly established itself as a leading force in the Nottingham rental market. Being a dynamic and driven team of professionals the company has expanded quickly and been pro-active with changing market conditions and technological advances. Helping landlords to maximise their investments and offering bespoke property consultancy is at the heart of our service and we are constantly adapting to meet the needs of our clients and the property market.
