About the Business
With estate agency moving heavily in the direction of online advertising and large property portals, founder and Managing Director, Michael Dyble, felt that industry was becoming very reactive, lazy even. Lots of estate agents were starting to rely heavily on receiving all of their enquiries from third-party property portals, rather than working hard and generating the leads themselves through networks and connections.
Michael believes that as an estate agent, we are employed by our clients to pro-actively sell or let their property, not sit back and let the internet do the work for us. This is why at Dybles, we value doing the basics well too. Communication for us is key, with regular weekly updates for vendors and landlords, aligned with dedicated staff who spend their days contacting potential buyers and tenants, to generate more appointments than the property portals can alone.
