After leaving school in 1968 and having served a long apprenticeship with what was a large family run local chain of Estate Agents (before becoming a National company) David decided in 1993 to open his own practice in his favoured locality of Ferndown and using his 45 years of experience has seen the business flourish. This experience, together with his well trained and organised team has made David Ousey Estate Agency one of the leading agents covering Ferndown, West Parley, West Moors and beyond. Over the past few years David has taken a huge interest in all forms of development from acquiring planning permissions by dealing directly with architects, planners and consultants through to an end result of obtaining planning consents and ultimately selling the respective dwellings.
