About the Business
Before we opened our business we decided to talk to some local house sellers about the experiences they had suffered when selling their home. Our research showed us that the biggest problem house owners have with their Estate agent is that they don't listen to instructions and don't communicate with their clients. We set out to make the Codys distinctly different from other Agents with a brand easily recognisable using attractive colourful images; the sign boards we use are bright orange and blue, after all if you're selling your house you want to make sure it's noticed!
