Chequers Estate Agents has been established since 1992 and is an independent company operating from double fronted premises situate just off the Square in Boutport Street Barnstaple. The firm's position right in the heart of the town means that your property will be on display in one of the busiest areas. The qualified Directors include Michael Insley, who is a Chartered Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor and Tim Sampson who is a Fellow Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Both entered the profession on leaving school and have been in business together since 1992. Our staff are trained and experienced and are pleased to deal with enquiries from both buyers and sellers.
