About the Business
Canterbury is an important place for Charlie, he was born in Canterbury, grew up in Canterbury, went to school at St Edmunds in Canterbury and some years later he married his wife Georgie in Canterbury, few can claim such an affinity with, and knowledge of, the City. Charlie's career in estate agency started in the early 1990's and in 2000 he joined a highly respected regional firm where he was offered a partnership at an exceptionally young age and has since forged a reputation as one of the leading agents in the region winning plenty of awards along the way.
Charlie has a wealth of experience dealing with a wide variety of property types across all market sectors and is able to offer expert advice on all aspects of property sales and lettings including valuation, marketing, method of sale and acquisitions.
Charlie has four children and is a keen gym goer and runner and has recently run marathons, cross country ultra-marathons and a number of endurance obstacle races.
