About the Business
Bramble Estates Ltd is a Residential Development Company acquiring sites with or without planning permission on a conditional or unconditional basis. Bramble Estates has been established since 1994 although its founder, Brian Culank, has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years.
Over the years we have built up very strong relationships with many Architects, Planning Consultants and Housing Associations. Our relationships with these contacts who are the best in their field, has helped us to create a strong team in which we can perform in terms of both planning and ease of purchase. We are not restricted in terms of price although we do prefer to deal with sites in excess of 5 units.
We feel our strengths also lie in the experience and expertise we have acquired over many years in maximising planning consent which in turn brings higher value to any development land or property.
