Here at Bowker Lettings, we offer a professional and personal one to one service from a small experienced family run business. We really do care about keeping the COST down for the landlords and tenants, going that extra mile at no extra cost. We try and help all types of tenants to find the right property and work with all different agencies throughout the North West. With the new government changes ahead regarding Universal Credit, we are here to help both tenants and landlords with rent collection where needed and access to onsite internet, for tenant claims with housing benefit.
We aim for Landlords to receive payment within 48hrs from reaching ourselves. We concentrate on letting your property quickly with a good quality tenant. We understand your needs and will work hard to achieve the results you want in the timescale you want it. We aim to give value for money to both landlords and tenants.
