Founded by James Barker in 2011, Barker and Bass are an Indepandent Estate Agency, we have a fresh approach to selling your home in Rushden and the surrounding areas. After the successful creation of the Pro Advice Financial Services Limited, James wanted to bring that success to the world of property. Using his experience within property and marketing and financial services, to ensure that Barker and Bass will give you the very best service in selling your home. Having been raised in Rushden & Higham Ferrers, James has a wealth of local knowledge and a true understanding of the needs of new and existing local residents.
Joining the company in 2015 is Chris Smart ANAEA, as Branch Partner. Chris has a career in Estate Agency and Lettings, stretching back 20 years. Also living locally in Wellingborough, and having worked in Rushden, Kettering and Wellingborough and Northampton. Both James and Chris enjoy a real passion for property.
