We market our clients' property through our own website, and the following property portals: Zoopla, Prime Location, The Times, The Sun, The Sunday Times, Homes 24, The Independent, The Telegraph, This Is, MSN, London Evening Standard, Homes & Property, Daily Mail.
All properties going onto the market require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can organise an EPC for you from a highly-recommended third-party organisation, which deals with you directly.
We can give you independent whole-of-market mortgage advice, along with many other financial advisory products and services. We are part of Scourfield-Thomas & Associates, an independent, financial advisory practice registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
