Acorn has been an estate agents and letting agents in Newcastle, Jesmond and Heaton for over fifteen years. We became a limited company in 2000 and a member of 'The National Approved Letting Scheme' (NALS) in 2005. Our unique selling point is undoubtedly our staff; their friendly approach, professionalism and "can do" attitude make it easy for you to be either a tenant or landlord with us. Great emphasis is given to training and we offer superb legal advice, property paperwork and a training partner who we constantly work with to provide the best service for our landlords and tenants.

Administration: Our administration department ensures all your paperwork is filled in correctly and works with our referencing partners on your behalf. We create your own personal tenancy agreement, ensure your standing orders are filled in correctly and send to your nominated bank.
