4sale2U (Barnsley) Ltd is a property broker and estate agency based in Yorkshire (UK). It is owned by three directors who have been in the property business for over 20 years. All three directors began in the buy to let market, building property businesses of their own before joining forces in 2009 to create a truly unique lettings (2let2U ltd) and management company. Shortly afterwards 4sale2U Ltd was created which has grown in nationwide popularity beyond all recognition. 4sale2U is rapidly becoming one of the UK's biggest and best place for serious property investors to find property buy to let bargains.
We are experts at sourcing cheap properties, below market value properties (BMV) and high yielding properties. 4sale2U investment services' aim is to help investors (either seasoned professionals or first time investors) build highly profitable balanced property portfolios and high net worth via residual rental income streams or large equity stakes.
